1. Click the "Recycle Bin" Icon
2. Click "This PC" from the left menu
3. Under Devices and Drives, click "Windows (C:)"
4. Click BGinfo
5. Click bginfo
6. Agree
7. Click "Time remaining" in the top right to end the timer if present
8. Click "Background..." on the right
9. Click "Use these Settings"
10. Click "Custom"
11. Chose a color or define a custom color
12. Click ok then click ok
13. Click apply.
