Many of the devices do not have OneNote installed. We are working on a resolution to that issue. While you can access OneNote from your browser, it does not allow you to take notes with the pen efficiently. With the program, you can write and erase with the pen in full screen drawing mode.
So, here's how you can get the OneNote program on your computer.
1. Open a new tab in Microsoft Edge
2. Type in onenote.com
3. Add this to your "Top Sites"
4. After a while, the icon on the Top Sites will have a link to instal the app beneath it.
