If the wifi icon has an asterisk "*" next to it, please restart the device. Check to make sure that it is connecting to FCS-Wifi and not FCS Print. If the wifi still does not work after completely restarting three times, please see our help desk in the media center.
If a computer icon with a red "x" is shown where the wifi symbol normally is, please restart by holding the power button until the screen turns black. Then, power it back on by holding down the button until the screen says "Surface". If this does not fix the issue, please see our help desk.
