Is the pen not responding or drawing without touching the screen? Restart your surface by holding the power button and the volume up button simultaneously until the screen turns black. Power back on the device and log in. If the problem persists, please take your device and pen to the media center

Please be careful with the pen tips. Do not press hard on the surfaces with the pens because this causes them to break.

The Microsoft Pen is good for: Microsoft Edge, click on the draw icon on the top right OneNote, take notes in class in full screen mode Screen Draw: There is an icon that is a pen on the bottom right of the task bar, by clicking this, you can enable screen draw.
